    JOB DESCRIPTION• Assisting all calls and emails from customers and members • Processing payment of our Customers (Orders) on a daily basis • Carry out Fraud checks • Follow up pending orders of Customers • Provide an excellent and professional service through prompt, courteous and accurate responses to Customer’s inquiries. • Take ownership to ensure closure for all inquiries and any other issues • Build customer loyalty through an effective problem solving and customer care • Follow up and liaise with concerned departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries. • Call Customers for full details verification • Use various online tools or databases to carry out searches related to customer details • Highlight areas for improvement in procedures and services to positively enhance customer’s experience • Maintain effective working relationships across internal and external departments as necessary • Updating records/reports accordingly by the end of shift
    REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (Mainly English) and organizational skills • Ability to work in a team and odd hours • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with limited direction • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet usage • Flexible to work on any shift as per the operational demand (Evening and Night Shift) • Multi-tasking capabilities • Good team spirit and cooperative team worker • Ready to take up any new challenges • Self-Management with a “Can Do” attitude, working effectively under pressure • Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners. • Passionate about delivering top class customer service • Should be capable of working in stressful situations and in a team to ensure that work is completed efficiently • Must have a good attendance record (A MUST) • Compliant with Company's Rules, Policies and Operational Procesdures
